Abstract
在追求美觀與健康並行的年代,「拇趾外翻」早已不只是長者常見問題,更是許多年輕族群的隱形困擾。臺北市立萬芳醫院引進全球領先的MICA(Minimally Invasive Chevron–Akin Osteotomy)第四代微創矯正手術,全台灣僅少數醫師能熟練操作此項精密技術。透過不到0.5公分的微小傷口,不僅成功改善30歲女性因中重度拇趾外翻造成的疼痛與行走困擾,也讓60歲重度變型患者於術後隔天即可下床走路,翻轉過去傳統手術「傷口大、疼痛高、恢復慢」的刻板印象。
