-The first School of Food Safety in the nation.
-Based on the medical and health expertise of the University, the School is characterized by cross-domain food and safety teaching and research.
-Education is centered on food safety and food management to cultivate professionals with both theoretical and practical competence in food safety.

In keeping with the pulse of the times and listening to the needs of society, the University cooperates with the Ministry of Education's educational policies to reduce the gap between learning and practice. In addition, taking into account the development goals and teaching and research characteristics of the University and the College, the University has established the School of Food Safety. The School is founded on the medical and health expertise of the University, with preventive medicine as the goal. Together, we seek to promote health, prevent diseases, improve the quality of life and extend human life in the hope of achieving holistic health.
