College of Humanities and Social Sciences / 人文暨社會科學院

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) is part of a major expansion that Taipei Medical University is undergoing, an expansion that will soon include Colleges of Engineering and Management. Established in 2011, CHSS is developing Graduate Institutes and Research Centers dedicated to the Arts & Humanities, Cognitive Neuroscience, Law, and the Social Sciences. Befitting this early stage of development, much of our focus is on the promotion of inter-disciplinary research and pedagogy that complements the already well-established Colleges of Medicine, as well as our university’s network of three hospitals. The goal is to create a comprehensive university by building upon our historical foundation.
