許文馨潘健一Wen-Shin HsuJiann-I Pan2026-06-022026-06-022007https://203.71.86.71/handle/123456789/40284本論文的目的在於探討台灣各級醫院之醫院資訊系統之現況與未來的發展目標，以技術層面為主，針對國內醫院之醫院資訊單位主管進行調查訪問，調查醫院資訊人力的配置、醫院資訊系統的建置模式、醫院資訊系統所使用的資訊技術與平台，系統維護成本等情況。並藉由醫院分級，來了解不同型態醫療院所開發之醫院資訊系統的差異性，提供醫院資訊主管對未來醫院資訊系統演進一個參考的方向。 The main objective of this paper is to investigate, from the technical perspectives, the construction strategies and maintenance cost behind the different construction strategies of hospital information system. Four measures related with the hospital information system are determined in this study: (1) the reasonable professional human resource allocation; (2) the construction strategies adapted by diverse level of hospitals; (3) the programming languages and the platforms that used in hospital information systems; and (4) the maintenance cost of diverse construction strategies of hospital information system.
