Methods: A structured questionnaire was administered to healthcare professionals across 11 hospitals in the Morogoro Region, targeting 202participants. EHRs users’ perceptions were measured using a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS 19, employing descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, multiple regression analyses, and Partial least Square (PLS) to estimation of complex cause-effect relationships in path models with variables Results: Service quality significantly affects user satisfaction (t = 5.221, p = 0.000), as does information quality (t = 3.953, p = 0.000). System quality also influences user satisfaction (t = 2.299, p = 0.022), though less strongly. However, system quality (t = 0.756, p = 0.450), information quality (t = 0.184, p = 0.854), and service quality (t = 0.093, p = 0.926) do not significantly affect intention to use. User satisfaction significantly impacted net benefit (t = 7.851, p = 0.000) and intention to use (t = 4.616, p = 0.000). Additionally, intention to use does not significantly impact net benefit (t = 1.378, p = 0.168). Conclusion: The study underscores the importance of system quality, information quality, and service quality in enhancing user satisfaction and perceived net benefits of EHR systems. Private institutions and higher educational qualifications are associated with more favorable perceptions of EHR systems.系所名稱:醫務管理學系碩士班Assessing the Utility of Electronic Health Records in district hospitals in Morogoro Region, TanzaniaAssessing the Utility of Electronic Health Records in district hospitals in Morogoro Region, Tanzaniathesis
