2025-04-162025-04-16https://203.71.86.71/handle/123456789/157美國前歐巴馬總統於2015年1月發表《國情咨文》演說，提出「精準醫療計畫 (Precision Medicine Initiative)」，具體目標是要募集100萬人的基因資料，藉由研究不同族群、年齡層的個人化基因資訊，進而解決各種疾病，也期許透過執行及推動個人化及精準醫學（Personalized and Precision Medicine , PPM），讓美國在人類歷史上再次締造突破醫學發展的地位。除了美國之外，國際上許多國家也開始以精準醫療為目標而著手研究，希望能夠了解病人個體差異，搭配臨床資訊，選用最適合個人使用之藥物、治療策略或預防方法，對症下藥，以達到最大療效及最小副作用。 臨床基因體學暨蛋白質體學碩士學位學程定位於發展「精準醫療」，配合臺北醫學大學發展轉譯醫學及完善專業人才培育等目標，在102學年度成立，延攬基礎研究老師及臨床醫師、臨床藥師..等，招收臨床健康照護者與研究人員，授以現今最先進之基因體學、蛋白質體與代謝體學訓練，建立正確觀念並將這些尖端的體學技術實際應用於研究目前在臨床的問題，實踐「用藥最佳化」之理想；此外，為拓展學生國際視野，本學程邀請國際學者，希望培育出具有國際觀、可獨立思考並執行轉譯醫學研究之優質專業人才。''Building on President Obama’s announcement in his State of the Union Address, today the Administration is unveiling details about the 「Precision Medicine Initiative」, a bold new research effort to revolutionize how we improve health and treat disease.
