2025-04-182025-04-18https://203.71.86.71/handle/123456789/185在台灣，「新藥研發產業博士學位學程」是一個特別的博士學位學程，其內容涵蓋學術教育與業界實習。我們知道博士班的培育有時會面臨學界及產業界的巨大落差，特別是在生技製藥領域。因此，本學程整合銜接企業為導向的研究和產業實習，不僅能夠強化學生進入業界的研發能力，也能銜接企業所需。 我們規劃4年制的博士級人才培育博士學位學程，可在其中學習有關藥物研發以及產業所需具備的基礎和應用層面的知識。學生將在前2年學習學界與產業界整合之進階課程，包含醫學和藥學的基礎與進階學理、藥物開發的知識觀念、藥理和毒理的研發策略、疾病動物模型、臨床試驗設計、和試驗新藥 (investigation of new drug；IND) 的申請。隨之接續的2年，學生將進到媒合企業 (例如: 生技公司)，在業界導師的引導下進行實習，並於其間完成他們的博士論文。透過本學制的整合設計，我們相信本學程將促進學生具備產業所需技能，並成為與業界無縫接軌之高階生技人才。The "Ph.D. Program in Drug Discovery and Development Industry" is exceptional in Taiwan, composed of academic education and industrial practice. We know that Ph.D. program training sometimes faces an enormous gap between academics and industry, especially biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields. By integrating practice-oriented research and industrial internship, this program can strengthen industrial R&D competencies and fill the gap for our Ph.D. students. We designed a four-year doctoral training program, which implements the basic and applied knowledge of drug discovery and development. Students will spend the first 2 years studying the advanced courses on academia-industry integration, including primary and advanced knowledge of medicine and pharmacy, concepts of drug discovery and development, research strategies of pharmacology and toxicology, disease animal models, clinical trial design, and investigation of new drug (IND) application. In the following 2 years, students will go to the industry, such as biotech companies, work as interns with their industrial advisors, and complete their Ph.D. thesis.
