How to provide online personalized healthcare systems becomes a critical academic and applied research issue. Personalized healthcare helps patients to build holistic healthcare plans based on personal health conditions, medical histories, disease risks, and personal preferences and needs. Most health exam centers only offer health exam packages and general medical suggestions, and there are no user-centric integrated healthcare recommendation services. To fill the research gaps, our research is to propose the system architecture and processes of a personalized recommendation system for e-healthcare. We also build a prototype to encompass personalized health exam recommendations, medical interpretation and advisory, as well as clinical care recommendation processes to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the personalized healthcare recommendation.en-US資訊處國際醫學資訊研討會論文集conference
